Job Description
Buysight is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Account Manager to specialize in new client integration. The Account Manager is responsible for delivering outstanding service to our clients, overseeing all aspects of post-sale implementation and ensuring we meet both client delivery and performance metrics as well as Buysight’s revenue goals. The ability to prioritize and manage time effectively across multiple projects and campaigns is essential, as is maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor within a rapidly changing and sales focused environment. Knowledge of the online industry and ecommerce is preferred but not required, as is prior experience working with clients across multiple communication channels including email, phone, and in person.
Responsibilities
- Oversee post-sale and onboarding of new client accounts, including technical integration and creative design
- Assess, propose, execute and deliver business and performance goals for assigned client base
- Cultivate and grow long-term relationships for top internet retail clients and brands with a focus on client return and Buysight revenue
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on an ongoing basis; anticipate and address client needs
- Build and maintain close working relationships with multiple departments including Sales, Business Operations, and Product
Preferred Skills
- Proven track record in client management, preferably including a background in advertising, direct marketing, etail/ecommerce or agency
- Demanding attention to detail and ability to execute on multiple projects across teams and campaigns
- Exceptional client service, organizational and communications skills
- Strong quantitative skills with an understanding of analytic tools and techniques
- Highly motivated, solution oriented, team player
- Minimum 2 years experience in client facing role
- BA/BS degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Salesforce
